Product Details

This 4‑flute solid carbide square end mill is a versatile choice for milling hardened steels up to HRC 55. The TiN (titanium nitride) coating reduces friction and increases wear resistance, extending tool life in alloy steels, mold steels, and stainless steel. The standard 75mm overall length and 30mm flute length provide good rigidity and sufficient reach for most die and mold applications.

The 12mm cutting diameter with a matching 12mm shank ensures stable clamping in collet chucks. The 35° helix design delivers smooth cutting action and efficient chip evacuation. This end mill performs reliably in slotting, contouring, and finishing operations on CNC machining centers.
