This 4-flute solid carbide square end mill is coated with TiN (titanium nitride) and engineered for general‑purpose milling of materials up to HRC 55. The TiN coating provides reduced friction, increased surface hardness, and improved wear resistance, making it suitable for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and pre‑hardened tool steels. The 4‑flute design delivers good surface finish on side walls and bottom surfaces, ideal for slotting, contouring, and finishing operations.
The 12mm cutting diameter features a straight shank of the same size for rigidity.
