The 45° high helix angle further enhances chip flow, making it ideal for slotting, contouring, and ramp‑down operations on CNC machining centers.
The 6mm cutting diameter features a straight shank of the same size for accurate clamping. With an extra‑long overall length of 75mm and flute length of 18mm, this end mill provides extended reach for deep cavity milling in aluminum electronic housings, automotive trim, aerospace components, and general aluminum fabrication. The 3‑flute geometry offers large chip gullets, reducing clogging and heat generation in soft, sticky aluminum.
