Product Details

This solid carbide twist drill bit is engineered for CNC lathe turning and drilling operations in hardened steels up to HRC 58. The TiN (titanium nitride) coating reduces friction and increases wear resistance, enabling higher cutting speeds and longer tool life compared to uncoated carbide. The 16.2mm diameter with a 60mm flute length and 100mm overall length is suitable for medium-depth holes in rotating and stationary drilling applications.

The straight shank (18mm) fits standard lathe tool holders, collet chucks, and hydraulic chucks. This drill is optimized for use on CNC lathes, turning centers, and machining centers, delivering consistent hole quality and dimensional accuracy. The jobber-length design provides good rigidity for most industrial drilling tasks.
