This A30 HSSE spiral flute tap is specifically engineered for precision threading in electronics manufacturing. The 6H tolerance ensures accurate thread fit for delicate electronic assemblies. With a 15° spiral angle and 3‑flute design, it provides reliable chip evacuation in shallow blind holes typical of PCB supports, heatsinks, and enclosures. The compact overall length of 80mm and working length of 16mm make it ideal for small components.
The M6x1.0 tap performs excellently in aluminum alloys (6061, 7075), brass, copper, and plastic materials common in electronics. It is also suitable for light-duty threading in stainless steel sheet metal. The uncoated A30 HSSE substrate offers good wear resistance and low friction for non-ferrous materials.
