This HSSE spiral flute tap features a TiN (titanium nitride) coating with a distinctive gold appearance, providing reduced friction, increased surface hardness, and improved wear resistance. Manufactured to DIN374 standard with 6H thread tolerance, it is designed for precision threading in general engineering applications. The 15° spiral angle ensures efficient chip evacuation in blind holes, while the 3‑flute geometry delivers balanced cutting action and excellent thread finish.
The M14x1.5 size has a total length of 110mm and working length of 22mm, suitable for medium-depth blind holes in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel (304, 316), aluminum alloys, and cast iron.
